Marinate well and set aside for 10 mins&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;In a deep wok or pan, heat oiland add ingredients C. Fry&amp;nbsp;1 min&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add all of Ingredient&amp;nbsp;B and fry for another 5 min. (until onions turn brown)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add tomato puree and fry for 2 mins (optional)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add 5 cups of water , stir well.&amp;nbsp; Close to simmer until chicken and potatos are cooked&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add yogurt and stir well. Allow to simmer for 2 mins (optional)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taste, add more salt if needed and stir.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add chopped cilantro to garnish.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Serve Hot..........&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; color: red; font-size: large;"&gt;My Special Chilli Paste:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: cyan; color: red; font-size: large;"&gt;(Awakens your taste buds)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 big onion&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 small pieces of ginger&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 pieces of garlic&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 small packet of dried red chilli (4 oz)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup of water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Method:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Chop the onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cut the chillis into halves, soak them in hot water for 30 mins&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rinse the red chillis in running cold water and set a side for 5 mins&amp;nbsp;in a colander&amp;nbsp;to let chilli seeds to seep through&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add all the chopped ingredients , red chilli and 1 cup of water and grind into a smooth paste&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Stop and add a little water at a time, if paste is too thick.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pour&amp;nbsp;in air tight container. Pour a little oil on top of paste. This will help preserve the paste for at least 2 weeks. I am a full time mommy and home maker. My husband and I relocated to Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, USA about 10 months ago.He is working for the Singapore Airforce&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;is posted here fo 2 years.&amp;nbsp;My angel Tania was borned her. She is a healthy, bubbly and lovable baby. We have a 4 legged baby too.&amp;nbsp;His&amp;nbsp;name is Rocky. He is the ever young, 8 year old chihuhua. My&amp;nbsp; simple , low profiled happy family of 4, love travelling and eating.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Cooking has&amp;nbsp;always been my favorite past time as I love to&amp;nbsp;host people.&amp;nbsp;Many of&amp;nbsp;my relatives, friends and neighbours who I had hosted ,appreciated my food and came back to me for the recipe.&lt;br /&gt;It really gives me true joy to share these recipes with them.
